Therapeutic Art & Wellness Workshops

Would you like to set up a self-care workshop for your colleagues, clients, or other group? My non-clinical therapeutic art workshops allow you to explore your creativity and connect with others within a virtual or in-person setting. These creative workshops are a great fit for groups seeking professional development, community building, learning new coping strategies, and more. No previous art skills are needed!

We can work together virtually from anywhere, or on-site if you are in the greater Philadelphia area. I will provide art materials for in-person workshops. Each workshop can be customized to support your group, and you may book a single session or a series. I invite you to explore my current offerings below and contact me to discuss the possibilities.
