Art Self-Care Workshops
Would you like to set up a workshop for your colleagues, clients, friends, or other group? My art self-care workshops allow you to explore your creativity and deepen your slef-awareness while connecting with others within a virtual or in-person setting. These creative workshops are a great fit for groups seeking professional development, community building, learning new coping strategies, and more. No previous art skills are needed!
