Individual Therapy

Welcome! You are already taking a big step toward feeling better just by being here. As an art therapist, counselor, and integrative nutrition health coach, I use a holistic, eclectic approach to help people feel better inside and out.

 

Sometimes we live through things that are difficult to speak about, but we know we need to revisit them somehow in order to heal and grow. Art-making in a therapy session gives us another layer of communication to help you process and understand complex emotions and experiences. No prior art skills are needed! It can be a wonderful complement to talk therapy, and working together, you will have the opportunity to explore both and find what helps you take steps toward healing.

 

Since self-care is such a crucial component

of overall well-being, we can also work on

establishing a healthier lifestyle by finding

new ways to relax, feel more energized, and

manage stress.

 

Therapy with me is collaborative, with the

understanding that you are the expert in

your own life. I will provide a safe,

nonjudgmental space for you to be present;

to share as much as you feel comfortable

with, and I will support you to take care of

yourself and create the life you want.
